Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure day-to-day quality service delivery and track KPIs/SLAs for service performance.
  • •Provide expert support for Linux OS and infrastructure issues affecting customer systems.
  • •Identify and resolve architectural/design issues in existing Pacemaker setups and develop automation to improve stability and reliability.
  • •Implement and manage high-availability solutions using clustering technologies, particularly Pacemaker.
  • •Participate in major incident handling, troubleshoot request failures and downtimes, and perform root cause analysis with corrective action planning within SLA/KPI thresholds.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years administering Linux operating systems (Redhat/SuSe) at an advanced level, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • •Expertise implementing and managing high availability clustering solutions, especially Pacemaker.
  • •2-3 years’ experience with Linux HA clusters (preferably Pacemaker) and relevant trainings/certifications.
  • •Hands-on administration experience in public cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • •Ability to script for server automation and support operations using tools such as Ansible and automation frameworks.
