Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for students and expats who live, work, or study abroad.
  • •Analyze client questions and risks and translate them into suitable insurance solutions.
  • •Maintain contact with clients and education institutions regarding ongoing insurance matters.
  • •Support clients with questions about illness, accidents, and other unexpected situations during their stay abroad.
  • •Develop as a specialist in student and expat insurance solutions and share knowledge within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in insurance, financial services, or another customer-facing advisory role.
  • •Strong Dutch and English skills (Dutch required at C1 level; English at least B2).
  • •Comfort advising clients and building relationships, including analyzing complex, international situations.
  • •Ability to translate questions and risks into appropriate insurance solutions for students and expats.
  • •Hold Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier, and Wft Schade Zakelijk, or be willing to obtain them within six months.
