Key Responsibilities

•Design, coordinate, promote, and deliver leadership development programs for the AMR Region, aligning with organizational principles, competencies, and talent philosophy.
•Facilitate leadership workshops, learning events, and capability-building sessions for leaders at all levels; adapt content to regional needs while ensuring consistency with global standards.
•Lead end-to-end coordination for leadership development programs (global and regional), including virtual and in-person delivery, scheduling, communications, and evaluations.
•Manage external vendors, facilitators, coaches, and partners to ensure seamless delivery and monitor participant engagement and program compliance.
•Partner with HRBP to assess needs, identify scopes and skills for leaders, and measure program impact with metrics (e.g., NPS, ROI) to support leadership strategy and activation across the region.
