Automotive Inventory Lead (2nd Shift)

Lead day-to-day operations at an automotive Inspection Center, directly managing and developing hourly associates to meet inventory production and quality targets. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory. Coach teams on Quality Control standards, prevent conflict, ensure adherence to policies and performance standards, and maintain high-volume execution in a fast-paced shop environment.
