Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as financial project manager for a strategic active U.S. Government contract, owning program budgets, financial tracking, and adherence to company financial policies.
  • •Manage financial accounting for smaller parallel programs, balancing priorities and maintaining consistent tracking across multiple efforts.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor expenditures, forecast financial performance, and track progress against approved budgets.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed program financial plans and spend schedules, and align annual operating plan (AOP) budgets with program financial plans.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and escalate financial risks and issues; provide periodic program health reporting and support proposal/capture activities and partner/supplier management as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical or business field.
  • •PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
  • •Demonstrated financial management experience for U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or other federal agencies).
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract types (FFP, CPFF, OTA, etc.), and compliance requirements.
  • •Ability and willingness to obtain Active U.S. Government security clearance required (Active clearance preferred) and must be a U.S. citizen.
