Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute retail strategies and tactics to increase Preferred Program households and fulfill customer needs.
  • •Build deep customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor using consultative sales and service.
  • •Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals in partnership with an Investment Executive.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products and services and request support for further development.
  • •Initiate and maintain customer/prospect contact through financial center interactions, telemarketing, and seminars/community events.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in a sales environment and experience in the financial industry.
  • •Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements.
  • •Build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in the mass affluent segment.
  • •Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required; Series 65 must be obtained within 90 days (with up to two attempts), plus SAFE Act registration via NMLS at time of employment.
