Develop new and existing tooling, materials, and processing equipment in support of the Research and Development team. Drive improvements to efficiency, quality, and production reliability by implementing process changes and providing troubleshooting support. Ensure work complies with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards, maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders, and complete required documentation and reporting in a structured, detail-oriented way.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new or existing tools, materials, and process equipment as required.
•Identify and implement improvements to current processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
•Provide troubleshooting support and suggest improvement ideas for daily production issues.
•Ensure all development activities comply with company and customer quality standards and relevant HSE/quality/environmental policies.
•Maintain clear communication, liaise with external stakeholders when required, and complete documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Engineering qualification and proven competence working in a relevant processing environment.
•Ability to work independently, take responsibility for actions, and achieve objectives.
•Strong communication skills verbally and in writing with teams and customers.
•Confident in challenging existing practices and driving continuous improvement.
•Logical, methodical approach to problem solving and fault finding for process and production issues.
