Job Summary

Improve and optimize manufacturing processes by planning and leading industrial, lab, and pilot trials for technology transfer and process development. Support site validation activities (e.g., EPD, rollouts, engineering projects, new machines) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost, quality, and customer service. Partner with Procurement and R&D to evaluate raw materials through trials and validations, and provide technical support to global pharmaceutical manufacturing sites while managing projects within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Support site validation activities such as EPD, rollouts, engineering projects, raw material BCP, and new machines for the Bangpakong factory.
•Plan, organize, and lead industrial, lab, and pilot trials for technology transfer and process development.
•Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance cost, quality, and customer service.
•Assist Procurement and R&D with evaluating major raw materials, including conducting trials and validations.
•Apply the Technology Transfer Process and implement validation systems to transfer robust processes into production.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
•Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with manufacturing technology.
•Knowledge of US FDA and global GMP standards is advantageous.
