Key Responsibilities

  • •Support site validation activities such as EPD, rollouts, engineering projects, raw material BCP, and new machines for the Bangpakong factory.
  • •Plan, organize, and lead industrial, lab, and pilot trials for technology transfer and process development.
  • •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance cost, quality, and customer service.
  • •Assist Procurement and R&D with evaluating major raw materials, including conducting trials and validations.
  • •Apply the Technology Transfer Process and implement validation systems to transfer robust processes into production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
  • •Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with manufacturing technology.
  • •Knowledge of US FDA and global GMP standards is advantageous.

  • •Project management skills.
