Job Summary

Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet regional or global business requirements, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Own quality control processes, inventory accuracy, and excess/obsolete inventory minimization. Lead and develop a team, oversee manufacturing process documentation, and collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance to drive process optimization, cost reduction, and safety/environmental compliance. Manage the manufacturing budget and talent management activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet business requirements.
•Oversee manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines while maintaining quality control processes.
•Lead and develop a team of higher level non-exempt individual contributors, including recruiting, performance management, coaching, and career development.
•Own essential process documentation (e.g., SOPs, statements of work, business score cards, dashboards) and drive process optimization and cost/efficiency improvements.
•Manage manufacturing budget, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with engineering/quality/logistics/maintenance, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations or supply chain.
•Experience managing process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to manage manufacturing budgets, cost control, and expenditure tracking.
•Knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure accurate inventory records and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
