Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end recruitment processes for Pandora LATAM, helping build a diverse candidate pipeline across markets. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain an organized candidate pipeline, and help produce LATAM/global TA reports while gaining exposure to a leading international jewelry company.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
•Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates.
•Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of quality talent.
•Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
•Update and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to accurately track hiring processes and candidate records.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
•Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
•Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
•Effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
•Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
