Job Summary

Own the RevOps processes that enable predictable growth, including lead-to-opportunity workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory/quota activities. Configure and support GTM systems such as Salesforce, LeanData, and Qlik while ensuring data governance and automation. Build dashboards and run data audits to produce actionable insights for targeting and sales strategy, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to improve bookings accuracy and customer adoption/renewal insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize revenue processes across lead-to-opportunity workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, territory alignment, and quota-related activities.
•Support GTM systems (Salesforce/LeanData/Qlik) including configuration, automation, data governance, and marketing automation/e-commerce platforms.
•Deliver reporting and insights by building dashboards, performing data audits, and analyzing data to inform forecasting and sales strategy.
•Enhance cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success on lead flow, campaign reporting, bookings accuracy, pricing updates, and adoption/renewal insights.
•Drive operational efficiency through automation and workflow improvements to ensure clarity and consistency across the sales and customer lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually
