Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Valuations and Finance change initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with Product Control, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to design and implement strategic solutions.
  • •Support transformation programmes focused on process simplification, automation, and control enhancement.
  • •Perform gap analysis between current and target operating models.
  • •Support UAT, system testing, validation, and project delivery lifecycle activities including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst within investment banking or financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of Product Control, Global Markets, P&L reporting, valuation control, and balance sheet substantiation.
  • •Knowledge of financial products including FX, Rates, Equities, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
  • •Experience working on Finance transformation or regulatory change programmes.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, JIRA, or data analysis tools (advantageous).
