Customer Success Manager, Small Group

Engage, retain, and grow small to mid-tier healthcare practices by running AI-driven, low-touch customer engagement and feature-adoption campaigns. Monitor customer health dashboards and act on AI-generated insights to flag at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, manage upsell/cross-sell pipelines, and own contract renewals to drive retention and ongoing value.
