Job Summary

Partner with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC, providing subject-matter guidance on the talent market. Own end-to-end requisitions from brief to close, driving direct sourcing and headhunting, and building talent attraction and pipeline strategies. Lead the candidate experience and collaborate in a small, high-ownership Singapore TA team while helping shape new ways of working with AI tools.
