Lead the Safe and Secure team at Carvana’s headquarters by supervising front-desk Safe & Secure Associates, coaching them on security protocols, and ensuring performance and adherence to policies. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
•Engage and coach the team, including recruiting, training, performance management, staffing to KPIs, and holding team members accountable.
•Implement and lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations, including emergency preparedness and facilitator responsibilities.
•Direct Safe & Secure technology processes supporting HQ locations (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure systems function properly.
•Ensure incidents are recorded accurately, complete after-action reviews to identify root causes, and manage visitor/vendor check-in and facility risk assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 62,000 annually

•High School Diploma (or equivalent).
•3+ years of experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
•1+ years of experience directly supervising/managing a team.
•Crisis management leadership experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
