Job Summary

Join the Regulatory Reporting team to model and deliver end-to-end regulatory data reports from a central data platform. You’ll work on AML, jurisdictional reporting and RegTech initiatives, using SQL and modern data stack tools (dbt, BigQuery, LookerStudio, Sigma) in a Hybrid São Paulo setting to support compliance and global growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Model data in the collaborative data platform to build critical regulatory reports.
•Manage end-to-end regulatory reporting solutions across all jurisdictions from requirements to delivering reports to regulators.
•Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform for regulatory reporting and compliance teams.
•Collaborate with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineering, Compliance officers and Regulatory Reporting teams.
•Explore and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of regulatory reporting processes.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics.
•Advanced SQL skills - must be able to read and write complex SQL queries.
•Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Google Cloud Platform - BigQuery, LookerStudio, Sigma).
•Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Ability to manage, organise and present data in a clear, concise and actionable format.
