Senior Operations Manager (w/m/d)

Lead end-to-end operations for the Global Spare Parts Center in Halberstadt, owning safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage and develop the management team, drive performance improvement using KPIs, and implement targeted operational enhancements. Partner with customers, internal functions, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, while shaping site development through process optimizations, innovation, and strategic projects.
