Job Summary

Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of advanced high-capacity networking and infrastructure systems supporting modern communications. Collaborate with R&D teams to deploy capabilities that protect national interests, while providing briefings to customers and management. You’ll work with Linux (Red Hat), enterprise networking equipment, virtualization platforms, configuration management tools, and network protocols, with the flexibility to work independently and collaboratively, including up to 25% travel.

•Guide and oversee the design, development, testing, and delivery of advanced high-capacity systems that process modern communications.
•Work with R&D teams on system development and deployments for the protection of the country.
•Generate briefings and present material to team members, customers, and AST management as necessary.
•Collaborate with a team to make decisions and generate ideas that push products beyond expectations.
•Work both independently and within a team environment, with possible travel up to 25%.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with system development to support multiple programs.
•Experience developing in Python or similar scripting languages.
•Proficient with Linux (especially Red Hat based distributions) and experience with system administration.
•Experience with enterprise networking and infrastructure (Cisco/Arista/Juniper, TCP/IP/UDP, virtualization, and configuration management), plus Active/transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance and U.S. citizenship required prior to start date.
