Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical studies and/or develop and troubleshoot supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for utility and industrial/commercial clients.
  • •Conduct protective relaying activities including analysis, time-current coordination, relay settings, SCADA integration, and NERC compliance, including arc flash analysis.
  • •Perform power system planning studies such as steady-state power flow, outage contingencies, generation interconnect feasibility, stability analysis, and automation of simulations using provided software/tools.
  • •Support design studies including substation grounding, insulation coordination, transient simulation, power quality analysis, motor starting, and AC interference, using applicable tools.
  • •Prepare technical reports and documentation, assist technical staff and project managers with risk identification, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.

  • •Must be a recent Engineering Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) or enrolled in a university pursuing an engineering degree.
