Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on ready mix trucks, end dump trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy construction equipment.
  • •Diagnose complex mechanical issues and deliver solutions to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • •Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment using advanced tools and techniques.
  • •Replace and overhaul major components including engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Document time and parts records and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
  • •Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • •ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is an asset.
  • •Ability to use basic hand tools and sockets up to 1/2 inch.
  • •18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
