Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach engineers to own quality end-to-end through pair programming, pair testing, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • •Drive testing across backend and frontend with unit, integration, and API E2E testing in Java and unit/component/E2E testing in Angular.
  • •Build and evolve automation frameworks across the test pyramid, balancing fast unit/integration tests with targeted E2E suites.
  • •Develop and maintain agentic test generation (including self-healing tests) by designing AI rules, skills, and instructions.
  • •Monitor production health with tools like Sentry or Grafana and continuously improve quality engineering strategy and rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in QA automation and quality engineering.
  • •Extensive QA automation experience with TypeScript and Playwright (including Playwright MCP or CLI).
  • •Solid understanding of testing in Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • •Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor or Claude) for agentic test generation and AI-driven test maintenance.
