Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a process control strategy to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • •Ensure process execution complies with internal control standards, safety, and quality control.
  • •Benchmark and evaluate manufacturing standards (GMP, PR SWP, DMS) and define PR measures to reduce variability and improve production rate.
  • •Use IWS and plant-specific systems to manage loss mapping, develop improvement plans, and monitor work processes from start-ups to project closure.
  • •Support failure investigations and lead IWS training, AM/PM pillar evaluations, and GSUM+/DTM trainings; optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and improvement plan costs.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience as an experienced hire in a manufacturing/process environment.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing standards and compliance, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • •Ability to define and apply production rate (PR) measures and support process execution with safety and quality control.
  • •Hands-on involvement on the plant floor and participation in training and technical initiatives.
  • •Nice to have: basic understanding of P2P processes (requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt).
