Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote, establish, and implement a comprehensive program risk management system aligned to program needs across the full lifecycle.
  • •Lead the Risk Management function by providing direction, leadership, and motivation and fostering a risk-aware culture.
  • •Develop and implement robust risk management plans covering risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • •Conduct day-to-day risk management activities including risk identification and prioritization, risk register management, action planning, and ongoing monitoring.
  • •Perform advanced QRA and integrated cost-schedule analysis to support forecasting and decision-making, and deliver regular risk reporting while coaching stakeholders on risk processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Ability to travel.
  • •11+ years of experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • •Extensive experience applying Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, ARM, Acumen, InEight) for complex logic-linked cost-loaded schedules.
  • •Understanding construction contracts and how risk management connects to program management, change control, planning & scheduling, and cost/commercial management and reporting.
