Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for retail construction projects—from new builds and remodels to tenant improvements and renovations. Interpret drawings and specifications, quantify direct and indirect costs, and perform value engineering to meet client budget goals. Build and maintain cost databases, support bid solicitation and review, and deliver cost analysis reports while monitoring budgets, risks, and cash flow across the project lifecycle.
