Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and design high-impact features and refine user experiences for how customers integrate with and send information to Braze.
  • •Design experiences that help marketers implement cross-channel strategies and launch quickly without heavy engineering lift.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, product analysts, technical writers, engineers, and fellow product designers to deliver usable solutions.
  • •Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and reduce complexity while increasing capability for customer workflows.
