Key Responsibilities

  • •Make timely decisions on resource allocations balancing team needs with organizational priorities.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and IT to support efficient compute operations and continuous improvement.
  • •Analyze compute workloads at macro and micro levels to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Monitor and evaluate LSF job behavior and resource usage, including reservation, utilization, submission parameters, and prediction/override mechanisms.
  • •Leverage AI and automate command-line workflows to analyze utilization, detect misuse, recommend improvements, and support reporting and troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 421,190 - 601,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of LSF job concepts, including resource reservation, utilization, submission parameters, prediction, and overrides.
  • •Intermediate or advanced Linux command line skills, plus Python and shell scripting, with comfort working extensively in a command-line environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and produce actionable recommendations.
  • •Proficiency using tools to analyze compute utilization, workflow performance, identify problem areas, and detect misuse.
  • •Ability to make frequent judgment calls with an organization-first mindset, including writing and executing SQL queries.
