Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical architecture for PTC Windchill PLM initiatives, covering system landscape, data model, lifecycles, workflows, access controls, and customization strategy. Ensure PTC compliance and upgrade-friendly solutions, define performance/scalability/security standards, and troubleshoot complex production and integration issues. Lead architecture workshops, review/approve design and integration approaches (REST/OData, Info*Engine, ESI, middleware), and support rehost and cloud (AWS/Azure) deployments through UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end technical architecture for Windchill PLM programs, including system landscape, data model, lifecycles, workflows, and access controls.
•Define customization vs OOTB strategy and ensure solutions are PTC compliant and upgrade friendly.
•Provide technical direction and support developers, functional consultants, and migration teams.
•Review and approve technical design documents, customization approaches, integration approaches, and migration/upgrade strategies.
•Architect and govern Windchill customizations and integrations; define performance/scalability/security standards; support UAT sign-off, go-live readiness, and hypercare stabilization.

Key Requirements

•Deep hands-on expertise with PTC Windchill PLM, including senior Windchill architectural ownership.
•Strong experience across Windchill modules including PDMLink (mandatory) and MPMLink/Change Management/PartsLink/ProjectLink (as applicable).
•Strong understanding of BOM, Part, Document, and Change management, including CAD integrations and publishing.
•Experience with Windchill Java APIs and customization framework; REST/OData services; Info*Engine; and Oracle/SQL Server databases.
•Ability to design and review high-scale Windchill architectures and define security, performance, and availability standards.
