Part-Time Supervisor, Beyond Yoga- Manhattan Beach, CA

Oversee day-to-day store operations with a focus on operational excellence, including daily procedures, payroll support, cash handling, and inventory control. Partner with the Store Manager to drive daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and KPI performance through a collaborative, inclusive selling environment. Lead store opening/closing, manage minor employee relations, coach and develop associates, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure accurate receiving/sending, visual presentation, and loss prevention.
