Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and authority standards for compliant survey execution.
  • •Establish, verify, and maintain primary horizontal/vertical control points, including benchmarks and traverse networks.
  • •Verify setting-out and alignment/levels/coordinates for roads, utilities, structures, and other civil works; monitor excavation, backfilling, and compaction to approved grades and tolerances.
  • •Perform topographic and as-built surveys and ensure proper submission of as-built drawings; maintain calibrated survey instruments per QA/QC requirements.
  • •Assist RE/ARE with checking contractor survey works, record survey data and prepare reports, identify discrepancies, and support joint surveys for measurement verification and handover.
