Job Summary

Serve as a trusted Workday advisor delivering payroll, absence, and time-tracking consulting to customers within Workday Success Plans. You'll guide configuration, demonstrations, and best practices, troubleshoot deployments, and drive feature adoption through one-on-one coaching, webinars, and tenant reviews across UK and Netherlands deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver various services to Workday Success Plans customers, including configuration guidance and demonstrations.
•Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer business requirements and optimize usage.
•Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
•Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
•Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption and review tenant adoption opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT implementation experience.
•5+ years of experience with Payroll Absence or Time Tracking systems, including PeopleSoft, SAP and/or Oracle.
•2+ years of software consulting experience.
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in Workday Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
