Job Summary

Support the Merchant Compliance team by helping merchants and service providers meet PCI DSS and related security requirements. Provide guidance to improve merchant security and resilience, reduce risk exposure, and strengthen controls. Use data-driven analysis to identify compliance trends and enhance merchant protection programmes. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, vendors, card brands, and merchants to align outcomes with regulatory and card brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive stronger compliance outcomes by helping merchants and service providers navigate security requirements and improve adherence to PCI DSS.
•Provide expert guidance to strengthen merchant security, address vulnerabilities, and maintain trust in payment environments.
•Improve programme effectiveness through data-driven analysis of compliance trends and recommended enhancements.
•Serve as a trusted advisor for complex compliance matters to support informed decisions aligned with regulatory and card brand expectations.
•Build collaborative partnerships to enhance compliance processes, elevate security standards, and support long-term business growth.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in payments compliance, payment processing, cybersecurity, risk, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of PCI DSS requirements, payment industry standards, and risk-based assessments, translating requirements into business solutions.
•PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA) certification.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business environments.
•Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
