Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, SPMs, and associated electrical/control systems per OEM requirements and procedures.
  • •Lead systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex and recurring electrical/control system failures.
  • •Diagnose and repair CNC control systems, PLCs, servo systems, machine interfaces, control circuits, and electrical panels.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot machine safety circuits, preventive maintenance activities, and electrical inspection/testing (voltage/current/resistance/insulation/continuity).
  • •Coordinate with OEM service engineers, specialists, contractors, and suppliers; maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP or CMMS and lead assigned maintenance activities with compliance to safety/LOTO standards.
