Partner with department heads on financial intelligence while independently maintaining governance, audit/closing support, and high-precision liquidity forecasting. Improve finance systems and automation across ERP and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own master financial modeling and pro-forma financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
•Govern major CAPEX/OPEX via 360-degree ROI analysis and support scenario/pricing recommendations.
•Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasts through the FP&A Manager; run monthly budget vs. actual performance reviews and variance actions.
•Maintain and improve executive KPI frameworks covering revenue quality, gross margin drivers, labor utilization/capacity, and project profitability.
•Drive finance systems automation and partner with leadership while supporting controller/audit interfaces and treasury liquidity planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
•10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity (preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services).
•Lead budgeting/forecasting and performance management for a growing business.
•Experience implementing or optimizing ERP/reporting tools (e.g., Odoo or equivalent).
•Deep expertise in service economics, including tech-sector margins, labor utilization, and Activity-Based Costing (ABC).
