Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the operations risk register, track mitigation actions, and conduct risk and control assessments across operational processes.
  • •Review control design and effectiveness, identify control gaps, monitor operational risk indicators/incidents/losses, and escalate material risks.
  • •Manage governance for new product and service launches, including required risk/compliance/operational/technology/security/customer-impact assessments and launch readiness.
  • •Coordinate operational incident investigations, lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action tracking, and escalate material incidents to stakeholders.
  • •Prepare operational risk and governance reporting, coordinate responses to audits/regulatory reviews until closure, and support third-party and operational resilience assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of experience in operational risk, governance, controls, audit, compliance, or operations.
  • •Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated industry (preferred).
  • •Experience supporting product launches, risk assessments, control testing, and incident management.
  • •Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
