Job Summary

We are seeking the first Forward Deployed Marketer to bridge our agentic marketing platform with top brands. As a zero-to-one foundational member, you’ll educate performance marketers on agentic workflows, drive pilots and enterprise deals, collaborate with design teams on AI-generated assets, and shape the go-to-market playbook in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a Strategic Peer: Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier, innovative companies and educate them on agentic workflows and attribution.
•Drive Deals & Pilots: Partner with sales to navigate enterprise buying processes and define pilot success criteria for closed-won deals.
•Collaborate with Creative: Work with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to ensure AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion.
•Shape the Playbook: Help design go-to-market motion, define educational frameworks for customers, and feed market insights back to product/engineering.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives to build a new function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

•Strong commercial instincts and sales acumen to guide prospects through evaluations and close deals.

•Curious about AI-driven creative performance and the evolving agentic marketing tools.
