Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with technical resources to design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions aligned to business goals.
  • •Perform VIM configuration and support activities across design, build, test, and deployment from test to production.
  • •Handle support and implementation work in the VIM process, clarifying and resolving day-to-day issues with business partners.
  • •Meet with the team to review current incidents and CRs, and participate in meetings for new feature implementations.
  • •Independently manage new CRs and deliver end-to-end VIM solutions to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 12 years of experience in SAP VIM functional skills.
  • •At least 2 end-to-end VIM project implementations and support projects.
  • •Experience with OpenText VIM, including IES/Business Center Capture (BCC) or Invoice Capture Center (ICC) and OCR (e.g., 7.5/16.3).
  • •Experience supporting VIM projects and SAP/VIM workflows, including P2P cycle and SAP FICO knowledge.
  • •Good knowledge of Accounts Payable process on SAP ECC and familiarity with Archive/Content servers; integration skills with SAP MM, FICO, and ABAP.
