Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the deployment platform, leading CI/CD strategy, PR environments, and release safety across containerized, serverless, and static services.
  • •Build the foundation for AI-accelerated development, including an agent factory and growth of internal agentic toolkit and skill library.
  • •Ship inference applications at scale by taking greenfield services from spec to production and standardizing the ML/inference footprint.
  • •Modernize services for the AI era by identifying and fixing bottlenecks in existing services and leading improvements.
  • •Rethink security posture for agentic threats, expose Adobe Fonts to the agentic ecosystem via MCP/intent-based discovery, and ensure production reliability through on-call support and incident management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated senior-level impact and end-to-end service ownership.
  • •Strong full-stack fundamentals including testing, code quality, code review, and production maturity (latency, scale, reliability, observability, on-call ownership).
  • •Deep CI/CD ownership with tools like Jenkins, containerization/orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and AWS services (EC2/ASG, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems (agent runtimes, tool calling, MCP, LLM/inference serving) with evaluation, feedback loops, observability, and sandboxed execution.
  • •Ability to lead complex cross-team technical efforts and communicate effectively, with a track record of high-impact platform delivery.
