Key Requirements

  • •Experience planning and coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, or major works activities in mining, heavy mobile equipment, or another industrial environment.
  • •Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, developing, and supporting teams to deliver operational outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of work management, resource planning, and scheduling principles.
  • •Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, and Word) and a current Australian manual C Class Driver’s Licence.
