•Lead and manage a multi-skilled support team for application support, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain production stability and manage incidents.
•Oversee 7-day operations with 18-hour coverage, ensuring seamless customer support and service.
•Manage and support cloud and on-premise infrastructure, optimizing performance and security.
•Ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements, maintaining a robust and secure environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in application support with a proven track record of managing complex systems.
•Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
•Deep understanding of cloud technologies and on-premise infrastructure, with experience in managing both.
•Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and compliance requirements; experience with international teams (Egypt market preferred).
