Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced L1/L2 application support, configuration, enhancement, and optimization for TrakCare, including incident/problem/change logging to keep systems running.
  • •Execute application testing, defect reporting, test reporting, patch rollouts, and provide feedback to line manager and vendor teams on issues/validation status while managing the issue tracker.
  • •Support system implementations through dry runs/simulations and deliver post-go-live support.
  • •Conduct end-user application training on TrakCare and related applications.
  • •Drive allocated projects to completion and lead AI/automation initiatives in the department.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant IT degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years UAE healthcare experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience with Inter Systems TrakCare.
  • •Experience implementing AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • •Experience across clinical/Patient Administration and Revenue Cycle Management modules (Registration, Appointments, Insurance, Billing, Claims, remittance/collections) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
