Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team and unblock client-facing work by answering questions and investigating issues.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling, including high-impact cases on key accounts.
  • •Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files used in ad campaigns from setup to error diagnosis and fixes.
  • •Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including GTM implementations and reporting integrations.
  • •Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
