Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team, troubleshooting campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, and internal tooling while unblocking client-facing work. You will process large volumes of structured client data, deploy tracking tags and integrations (GTM), write Node.js automation across APIs and data sources, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team to drive error-free ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team and unblock client-facing work by answering questions and investigating issues.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling, including high-impact cases on key accounts.
•Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files used in ad campaigns from setup to error diagnosis and fixes.
•Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including GTM implementations and reporting integrations.
•Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English
•Basic SQL knowledge
•Basic JavaScript knowledge
•Analytical approach to problem solving
•Good communication skills and ability to describe issues concisely to other departments
