Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and develop the centralized Shared Services function, setting performance standards and fostering accuracy, service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage credit and collections and drive working-capital optimization with timely accounts receivable collections.
  • •Direct treasury operations including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital management; oversee cash inflows and outflows.
  • •Oversee accounts payable and transactional processing, including invoices and reporting to utility partners; ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • •Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and develop goals, policies, and procedures for shared services operations and performance reporting to CFO and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (minimum 4 years).
  • •Minimum 10 years of related experience in finance/accounting.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience leading finance shared services, treasury, or accounting operations.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to construct and analyze financial statements.
  • •CPA preferred (MBA a plus) and experience developing/transforming shared services functions with financial controls (including SOX compliance).
