Job Summary

Drive digital customer engagement programs to increase product adoption, retention, and growth for Thales’ Digital Touch customer success efforts. Automate and manage scaled engagement using tools like Planhat, UserVoice, and Higher Logic, and use NPS/CSAT feedback to prioritize action. Partner cross-functionally to remove adoption obstacles, advocate customer needs, and collect customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver programs to engage customers at scale to increase adoption, retention, and growth.
•Automate and manage engagement using tools including Planhat, UserVoice, and Higher Logic (Community).
•Leverage NPS/CSAT and customer feedback to drive actions based on the voice of the customer.
•Use customer data and feedback to identify and prioritize an enablement roadmap.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Support, Engineering, Product Management, Sales) to advocate customer needs and drive product usage.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in a high-volume customer engagement role (e.g., Digital/Tech Touch Customer Success, Marketing Operations, or SMB Account Management).

•Data-driven experience using customer analytics to prioritize and drive action.
•Experience with customer engagement/CRM tools such as Marketo, Planhat, Pendo, HubSpot, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
