Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with division leadership to assess, develop, and implement recruiting and staffing strategies and improve the selection/hiring process.
  • •Lead recruiting initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions, placement firms, referral agencies, professional associations, and other sources to attract high-potential applicants.
  • •Develop, streamline, and enhance staffing systems and work processes; design employment metrics, data queries, and division reports.
  • •Research and establish relationships with organizations and recruiting agencies to expand the candidate pool.
  • •Administer employee and new hire relocations and serve as liaison with the relocation vendor, interpreting policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of related talent acquisition experience, or equivalent.
  • •Excellent ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to explain technical and complex concepts to people with little/no background.
  • •Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software applications to create complex documents, reports, and/or graphics.
  • •Driven by a customer service mindset and able to organize, multitask, and prioritize competing demands.
