Job Summary

Own the full solution deployment lifecycle for the 360Learning platform, from sales handoff and kickoff through go-live. Define platform architecture based on learner personas and organizational structure, manage implementations, and drive project execution across teams. Facilitate integrations—including SSO and third-party apps—using APIs, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through onboarding. Oversee and coach Solution Deployment and Solution Expert teams while building repeatable, scalable delivery processes.

•Develop repeatable, scalable processes and onboard/coached Solution Deployment team members.

•Ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong presentation skills (especially to executive sponsors).
