Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate licensing and partnership workstreams across assigned brands with Brand, Demand Science, Procurement, Legal, R&D, Culinary, Communications, agencies, and external partners.
  • •Evaluate inbound and outbound licensing opportunities based on brand alignment, consumer relevance, feasibility, timing, commercial potential, and communications value.
  • •Build and maintain licensing pipeline trackers, project plans, partner updates, decision logs, and milestone calendars to track progress.
  • •Coordinate required materials, approvals, and stakeholder inputs to move opportunities from exploration through launch and post-launch learning.
  • •Serve as primary day-to-day contact for external licensing partners (agencies, studios, IP owners, agents) and prepare agendas, recaps, action items, and stakeholder updates.
