Job Summary

Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to support SKELAR Platform across Ukrainian corporate structure, contract lifecycle, and KYC processes. You’ll drive contract drafting/review, ensure regulatory compliance, automate internal processes, train teams, and advise on legal risks while collaborating with cross-functional partners to scale a venture-builder platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal support for Ukrainian corporate structure and charitable foundation projects.
•Draft, analyze, and harmonize contracts across businesses and infrastructure needs, including international jurisdictions.
•Conduct KYC on counterparties and contribute to automation of contract and KYC processes.
•Improve internal processes and provide training to raise legal literacy and compliance.
•Collaborate with internal teams (business units, finance, auditors, accounting) to ensure legal compliance and assess regulatory risks.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience providing business legal support including corporate structuring, contracts, and related issues; basic understanding of international corporate law is a plus.
