Brokerage Registered Client Service Associate

Provide day-to-day client servicing support for Financial Advisors in an in-office Monday–Friday role. Assist with preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, executing client trades, processing orders and corporate actions, and responding to market and trading questions. Coordinate appointments, maintain client records, enter information in Salesforce, and manage reports, paperwork submissions, and risk authentication for calls and high-risk transactions.
