  • •Manage multiple R&D projects including project plan development, material processing and testing, data collection/analysis, and summarizing results in technical reports.
  • •Maintain responsibility and accountability for entire tasks/projects.
  • •Address complex problems with multiple variables and unknown solutions, demonstrating clear logic in proposed approaches.
