Job Summary

Partner with field sales to uncover customer business challenges and enterprise architecture needs, then build and demo integrated Docusign solutions. Deliver technical credibility through custom product demonstrations, Q&A, workflow/business process diagrams, and roadmap discussions. Help cultivate net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts, articulating recommendations and business value using value-selling methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with field sales to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts.
•Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.
•Conduct meaningful business and technical conversations with stakeholders across enterprise organizations.
•Establish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions using product expertise, demos, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and roadmap discussions.
•Articulate recommendations and business value, working with sales partners and internal teams to deliver a world-class buying experience; demo and sell using value-selling methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Basic experience in a technical pre-sales or sales role selling enterprise-level software.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
•Fluent English.
•Pre-sales experience with mid-market or enterprise SaaS, ideally cloud-based.
•Ability to deliver software demonstrations in person and virtually, with experience using technical business documentation (e.g., workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs).
